Our company was founded in 2001 by two real estate investors, Travis Foote and Darlene Pratt. Travis and Darlene began their investing career after the purchase of their second home. Instead of selling their first home, they kept it as a rental property. They soon learned the benefits of owning real estate and began their education in Real Estate Investing, Real Estate Markets, Acquisitions, Strategies and Property Management.
