Buyer's Agency
Real Estate Agents are trained and educated professionals with expertise in your
local market. Our Buyer's Agents are dedicated to researching, locating and acquiring
a property that meets your needs. An Agent who specializes in your market area
will be assigned to you and will handle all aspects of the sales process from
offer structuring to closing. Their time, as well as yours, is valuable. The
amount of time and effort put forth by your agent cannot go unrewarded. Buyer's
agents are typically compensated by the seller of the property, paid at the time
of closing. Unfortunately there are many times when a closing does not occur.
A Buyer's needs, financial conditions, employment, market area, etc may have
changed, resulting in the Buyer postponing or canceling a real estate purchase.
Our Buyer's Agency agreements are structured to compensate our agents for time
spent. An Agency fee will be collected from the Buyer and held in Escrow. At
closing the fee will be fully rebated to you.
